• Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• During festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship across India.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
• Remote locations may require additional delivery time.
• Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email (where applicable).

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, courier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order is significantly delayed or becomes untraceable, our support team will investigate the issue. If the shipment cannot be delivered, SheBlooms reserves the right to cancel the order and process a full refund to the original payment method.
