We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at our discretion.

Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
• We accept payments through UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, and other payment methods available at checkout.
• Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation (except Cash on Delivery, where available).
• SheBlooms reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, stock unavailability, or any unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping & Delivery

• We currently deliver across India.
• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unavoidable circumstances.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
• Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

Returns & Exchanges

At SheBlooms, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

• Return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and tags intact.
• For hygiene reasons, certain baby essentials, innerwear, personal care items, and clearance sale products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or incorrect.
• If a wrong or damaged product is delivered, please contact us within 48 hours along with clear photos of the product and packaging.
• Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
• Recorded video should be needed for return policy if in case of any damages.
